FAQs

  • Each All Belong Co property is available for short term and extended stays through online travel agencies such as Airbnb & VRBO which function as third party platforms. However, you can save the service fees by booking directly through our website, offering you the same quality stay at a lower price.

  • After completing the online reservation process, we’ll review your reservation to make sure all the information is complete and that it meets our minimum night stay and other requirements. You’ll receive confirmation of your reservation within 2 business days. (almost always within 2 hours!)

    At the time you make your reservation, 100% of the fees will be charged to your credit card. 5 days prior to check in, you’ll receive a hold on your card as a security deposit (similar to a hotel!) and all your check-in details through email.

    Assuming there are no issues with your stay, the security deposit will be automatically released 3 days after check out.

  • Unfortunately, no. Upon making your reservation, 100% of the accommodation fees will be charged to your credit card. The cleaning fee and any other fees or taxes will be charged one day prior to check in.

  • Besides the accommodation fees, reservation fees include, but are not limited to, lodging taxes, cleaning fees, management fees, and pet fees where applicable.

  • We allow free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as it’s cancelled at least 14 days before check in. After that, you may cancel up to 14 days before check in for a full refund. Any cancellations between 7-14 days will receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate as well as the entire cleaning fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 7 days before check in. All cancellations must be in writing.

  • Absolutely! If you’re more comfortable reserving a stay on a 3rd party platform, we’re happy to host you any way possible.
