Over the years, we've worked with all types of homeowners. And we've found the more truly aligned we are with our clients (and vice versa), the more fun and rewarding Airbnb set up & hosting becomes! We've figured out we work best with clients who value...
1. Hospitality above profit
Yes, every investor needs to run the numbers (and we are committed to creating successful income streams for our clients!), but there are so many reasons BEYOND the bottom line to do short term rentals. We've found when clients are truly committed to hospitality above the number crunching, the numbers naturally follow.
2. Diversity
As a multiracial family ourselves, we see the world through a diverse lense and are committed to creating spaces where anyone can belong. If you're uncomfortable with "Black Lives Matter," for example, you may not feel comfortable opening your doors to complete strangers or heck, working with a business called "All Belong."
3. Excellence
Okay, you don't have to all be an enneagram 1 perfectionist like me, 😆 but our ideal clients are the folks that understand "return on investment"- the more you put in, the more return you'll see. We are always leveling up & improving the guest experience.
4. Trust
Over the years, we've had clients who just couldn't seem to offer their trust, and it only created stress on both parties when setting up & hosting guests on Airbnb. Just like any relationship, there will likely be a few bumps in the road, and it's how those are handled that will either cultivate trust or kill it.
5. Partnership
Our services aren't necessarily 100% "hands off" as you might expect in a long term property management company. About half of our clients live out of town, but they are quick to respond when we let them know there's an issue.
