Silo Turns 1 Giveaway Official Rules
One winner receives a free 2-night stay Silo on the James in Lynchburg, VA, with all taxes and fees included.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to this Giveaway.
1. Sponsor and Eligibility
Sponsor: All Belong Co, 417 5th Street, Lynchburg, Virginia ("Sponsor").
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 25 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and property owners of All Belong Co, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and households, are not eligible.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
2. How to Enter
The Giveaway begins on Oct 15, 2026 at 8:00am ET and ends on Oct 25, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not be accepted.
To enter, complete the entry form with your full name and a valid email address.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address.
Entries made using multiple email addresses, automated means, or false information will be disqualified.
By entering, you agree to receive news, offers, and discounts from All Belong Co by email. You may unsubscribe at any time.
3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 2-night stay at Silo on the James in Lynchburg, VA, for up to 4 guests. No pets or animals are allowed. The stay includes all lodging taxes and fees, including the cleaning fee. Approximate retail value (ARV): $700.
Travel window and blackout dates
The stay must be booked by November 5 and completed by March 31, 2027. If it is not, the prize expires and has no further value.
The 2 nights must be consecutive and fall on Sunday through Thursday nights.
Friday and Saturday nights are blacked out.
Holidays are blacked out, including Thanksgiving week, December 23 – January 2, MLK Jr. Day, and Valentine's Day.
Reservations are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
Requirements to redeem
Before check-in, the winner must:
Sign the Sponsor's standard rental agreement and confirm they will follow all house rules.
Provide a valid government-issued photo ID matching the winner's name.
Keep a valid credit card on file for any damages, missing items, or rule violations, as described in the rental agreement.
What is not included
Transportation, meals, add-on services, early check-in or late checkout, and all other expenses not listed above are the winner's responsibility.
The prize is transferable but has no cash value. No substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be announced and notified by email on October 27, 2026. The winner must reply to the notification email within 48 hours to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor may then select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor may require the winner to confirm eligibility, including age and US residency, before the prize is awarded.
5. General Terms
Publicity. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's first name, last initial, and city and state to announce the winner online and on social media, without further payment.
Release. By entering, participants release Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize. This release does not limit any rights or obligations under the rental agreement.
Sponsor's rights. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it.
Email Communications. By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to receive occasional emails from All Belong Co, including updates, special offers, and discounts. We’ll keep it to things we think you’ll actually want, and we never sell your information. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, and opting out will not affect your entry or eligibility to win.
Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and to send marketing emails as described in Section 2. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.
Governing law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
