2. Daytime Inspector

Local, part time

DUTIES (are not limited to) BUT WOULD INCLUDE:

  • Driving to various properties and performing a checklist of tasks before guest check-ins

  • Ordering and delivering restock items to the home

  • Problem solving any last minute issues

  • Setting up gift baskets or other surprises we leave for a guest

HOURS & AVAILABILITY:

  • Afternoon availability is key with this position. (All work would be performed between 11am-4pm, 7 days per week.)

  • Approx 5-10 hours per week (amount of hours will vary based on the season)

*Furthur explanation: You would accept or decline inspection requests for specific days at specific properties depending on what check-ins we have happening throughout the month.

For example, one week you might only have 1 inspection on Monday and Tuesday, but Thursday, Friday, Saturday you have 3 or 4 due to check-in schedules. Last minute inspection requests happen often, so availability with this position is key. A minimum of 10 inspections is required per month, including handling one Saturday and one Sunday per month.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reliable cell phone & transportation

  • Intuitive at learning new software

  • Energetic, DETAIL-oriented, hard working, problem solver, team player

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment w/ deadlines

  • Desire to provide top-notch hospitality to guests!
