  • Because it varies by season and dates, you’ll be able to view cancellation policies for your specific dates before confirming your reservation.

    We follow the cancellation policy on your reservation.

    If you need to cancel according to the timeline set on the policy, no worries. You’ll receive a full refund.

    We do not provide refunds for last minute issues such as weather, sickness, etc. We recommend purchasing the trip insurance we offer in the event you find yourself unable to travel.

  • Feel free to request an early check in a day before your stay and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate!

    Many times we’re able to offer a complimentary 1 hour early check in, and sometimes we’re able to offer the option of a half day, which allows you to check in as early as you’d like for a discounted rate.

    Our turnover pro’s are thorough and we want to ensure they are able to sanitize and ready the home properly. In the event we’re not able to make it happen, thank you for your understanding!

  • While we love fur babies, our current Snowshoe properties do not allow pets.

  • This is an important thing to know! The shops and restaurants at the Village are not open year-round. During the ski and summer seasons, you’ll have no trouble finding places to eat. Things are hopping, shuttles are running, lifts are running.

    In the off-seasons from March-May and October-November, almost all the restaurants close on the mountain, so we recommend checking what’s available before your trip.

    However, nature is always open! If you love the idea of a quiet, remote getaway with hiking, hot tubs, gorgeous views, and home-cooked meals, Snowshoe in the off-season is your jam.
